Easiest "Fudge-sicles" Ever!
That's It! About 4 oz. of chocolate milk, and 1 Jell-O pudding cup- mix in a blender til smooth and pour into (4) popsicle molds (depending on how big your molds are you might need to adjust). And freeze. So easy, I love it! And the boys love it too!
Father's Day Subway Art
My sister and I are starting a Craft Night with basically whoever wants to hang out and do crafts! So for our first one, we wanted to do something for Father's Day so I designed this 12x12 piece and we made wooden plaques with em. So pleased with how it turned out. It was my first time using photoshop too- I was so proud of myself :) Slowly but surely I Will learn that program!
Designer Pillow for Cheap!
Before
After
Two sided/Blanket stitch
Being put to use
I had been wanting to cover some of my old pillows but couldnt decide on fabric, when one day this beaut popped up at Joanns. They had a Huge bin filled with designer fabric swatches for $2 each. So I picked out some of my favorites with possible pillow ideas in mind, and got home and went to work. So using two of the swatches I picked out, and sewing it by hand using the blanket stitch, this kreation was born. New designer pillow for $4- Not bad at all :)

Dry-Erase Learning/Activity Binder
Put this together for my little 2yr old who Loves this stuff. Just printed out different preschool pages, laminated them, punched holes, and stuck em in a binder with a dry erase marker velcro'd to the inside. Its great practice for him and he loves it! Some of the pages I would draw up myself if I had a certain idea in mind and coudnt find it online, keeping it all really simple.
Twine Projects
Twine and yarn wrapped vase
Twine decorated frame
Saw the idea for the frame in a store and loved it! And since I had all the stuff that I would need to make it at home, I decided to Not spend the money and try to re-kreate it myself. Fortunately it was SO easy to do and I loved the way it turned out! So much so that I then did the vase above with some yarn that matches my clock in our front room.

Donkey Kong Ties
My boys have recently discovered Donkey Kong on the wii and have been obsessed! They have been playing it non stop and when we turn it off to take a break they run around beating their chests, dragging their knuckles (its actually pretty comical how serious they take on this new role) and grunting just like Donkey and Diddy Kong. So I decided one afternoon I would surprise them with these. Using felt, elastic and hot glue, I threw these together and gave em to them. They were SO excited it melted my heart!
Clock Makeover
Before and After
The Red one is a picture of the clock before and the light coral clock is what I re-kreated to go with my recently updated living room- "beachy" themed.
